Home inspector websites with the price sheet up front

For home inspectors quoting the same numbers all day. We put your price sheet, your service area and the way you actually answer contact on one fast site, for $500 (Launch) or $800 (Growth). Your Launch preview lands 72 hours after your answers are in.

Before they book

What a buyer, and their agent, checks first

Buyers are often shopping with a closing date hanging over them. A published price sheet answers the first question without a phone call.

The real work

An inspector’s site that’s live today

IRJ Home Inspections

Palos Hills, IL · irjhomeinspections.com

Live since September 2, 2026, up from a one-page builder site. The full price sheet is published, condo from $300 and single-family from $500. Contact is text first, because that’s how the owner answers fastest, and the domain switch changed two records and not a single email record.

Prices

Launch or Growth

Launch

$500 one time

  • One page, with the copy written for you
  • Your price sheet, service area and contact bar, all on that page
  • Domain and business email set up; the first year of the domain is included
  • First preview in 72 hours

Growth

$800 one time

Every build starts with a $49 draft fee that counts in full toward the price; the balance, $451 on Launch or $751 on Growth, is due when you approve. Walk away after the draft and half the fee comes back. Revision rounds, Care at $49 a month, and what the plans don’t cover are on the web design page.

Questions

What inspectors ask first

How much does a home inspector website cost?

Launch is $500 and Growth is $800, once. Launch is one page with the price sheet, service area and contact on it; Growth goes up to five pages with a lead form and Google Business Profile setup. Care at $49 a month is optional.

Should I publish my prices online?

If you’re comfortable with it, yes. Buyers comparing inspectors reach price first, and a published sheet saves the phone call for people who are ready to book. It stays your call; we build the site either way.

Can the site take quote requests?

Growth includes a lead form that sends straight to your inbox. We test the whole delivery chain before launch; on IRJ’s site, a test message arrived four seconds after it was sent.

My email runs on my domain. Can you move the site without breaking it?

Yes, and that’s the part of a domain move we’re most careful with. On IRJ’s move, two DNS records changed and no email records were touched; mail, calling and payment links were rechecked afterwards and kept working.

Do I need a page just for realtors?

If agents send you work, it earns its keep: what you inspect, what you need from them, and how to get you on a job. IRJ’s site has one, and it’s among the first pages we’d suggest.
