What we collect, and what we don’t.

Short, specific, and written the same way as our terms — to be read rather than to cover ourselves. If anything here is unclear, email and ask.

The short version. We collect what you send us so we can build your site, and nothing else. Analytics only run if you press Allow — decline and this site makes no outside requests at all. We don’t sell anything to anyone, ever, and you can have your data deleted by asking.

1 When you email us

Your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you write. It sits in our mailbox like any other email. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you’re asking about.

2 When you use the intake form

The answers you type: your business name, what you do, your contact details, and anything you choose to add about your business. We use it to write your quote and build your site — that’s the whole purpose.

The form also runs a bot check to stop spam submissions. That check looks at the request, not at you.

Please don’t send sensitive information through the form. It’s for business details. If you need to send something confidential, email us and we’ll arrange a better way.

3 Analytics — only if you say yes

If you press Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics so we can see which pages people actually read and which ones send them away. That sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you viewed on this site.

If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of that loads. No script, no cookie, no request. That is not the usual arrangement — most sites load their analytics regardless and merely switch off some features — and we did it this way on purpose, because a site that says it makes no outside requests should mean it.

We never send your name, email, or anything you typed into a form to Google. What’s measured is which pages were viewed and which buttons were clicked, not who clicked them.

Changed your mind? This clears your choice and asks again:

4 Who else touches your data

We’re a small studio and we use ordinary services to run it. Each one only sees the part it needs:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this site and handles the intake form’s bot check.
  • Brevo — delivers the email your form submission turns into.
  • Zoho Mail — our email inbox.
  • Stripe — takes payment if you buy. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that end to end.
  • Google Analytics — only if you agreed, as above.

We don’t sell your information, we don’t rent it, and we don’t hand it to advertisers.

5 How long we keep it

Enquiries and intake answers: while we’re talking, and afterwards as our record of the work. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.

Analytics, if you allowed it: Google keeps it for 14 months, then deletes it automatically.

Payment records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep them.

6 What you can ask for

Email [email protected] and ask us to send you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no reason needed. We’ll reply within a few days.

If you’re a client, you own your site, your domain, and your content — that’s in the terms, and it includes taking all of it with you whenever you want.

7 Children

This is a service for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.

8 Changes

If we change how any of this works, we’ll change this page and update the date below. We won’t start collecting something new and quietly leave this page as it was.
