Live since July 29, 2026. The practice had lost touch with its developer; the site turned out to be running inside the developer’s own WordPress account. We rebuilt its eight pages, added a reviews page, and moved the domain without the office’s Microsoft 365 email going down.

Every build starts with a $49 draft fee that counts in full toward the price; the balance, $451 on Launch or $751 on Growth, is due when you approve. What dental practices ask first
How much does a dental website cost?
Launch is $500 and Growth is $800, once. A one-location practice with a short treatment list often fits Launch; a practice that wants a page per treatment fits Growth. Care at $49 a month is optional, and the only required upfront payment is the $49 draft fee, which counts in full toward the build.
Can patients request appointments online?
Growth includes a booking system or lead form, set up for you. If the office books by phone, the site can simply make the number the most prominent thing on every page instead. Both are honest setups; it’s your call.
What about patient privacy on the contact form?
Our standard form collects a name and a way to reach you, and that’s all. There is no open box where someone could type symptoms or health history, because those conversations belong on the phone or in the chair. We don’t claim more than that. If your practice needs a particular setup, say so in the brief, and we’ll tell you plainly whether we can do it before you pay anything.
Our old developer disappeared. Can you take over the site?
Yes. That’s how Angel Smiles started: the practice had lost touch with its developer, and the site turned out to be running inside the developer’s own WordPress account. We traced it, rebuilt the pages, and moved the domain with the office email running the whole time.
Can the office update the site ourselves?
Growth + Editing ($1,600) adds an editor for the words, photos and team lists on every page. Without it, email us your changes; Care at $49 a month covers up to 4 small edits.
