At a glance

The business

Xtreme Cuts is a men’s barbershop at 7209 W 103rd St in Palos Hills, Illinois. Fades, line-ups, beard work and shaves, with walk-ins taken seven days a week. The shop has been on 103rd Street for more than 15 years, by the owner’s count, and holds a 4.6 on Google from 178 reviews.

What was in the way

The shop had no website. The website link on its Google listing points to a junk directory page that has nothing to do with the shop; changing that needs the owner’s Google login. No prices were published anywhere online, and a booking app that listed the shop had no menu on it. There was no logo file either, only the printed business card.

What we built

A single page: the price, the hours, where the shop is, and who’s cutting. That’s what people check before they drive over.

The owner gave us the price board on September 24, 2026, in two columns: walk-in and appointment. A haircut is $20 walk-in or $25 by appointment, and a haircut with a beard is $30 or $40. Walk-ins pay less at this shop, so the page says that plainly and puts the walk-in column first.

All seven barbers are named, so a regular can ask for his barber before he drives over.

The video at the top is the shop’s own 10-second reel. It stays muted for good, because the soundtrack is licensed music. We checked the headline against the brightest frame of that video so the white text stays readable over every frame. The logo is a clippers mark we drew from the design on the owner’s card.

Behind the page, the site tells search engines what the shop is: a HairSalon record with the address, map coordinates, rating and the seven towns it serves. There is a sitemap, the homepage was submitted through IndexNow and accepted, and the robots file lets AI search tools read the page. The www address and our old preview addresses all redirect to one domain, so there is only one version of the site to find.

Where it stands

The site went live on xtremecutspalos.com on September 24, 2026. Two things are next: pointing the website button on the shop’s Google listing at the new domain, which needs the owner’s login, and setting up Search Console.
