Medical practice websites built around your doctors and your number

For physician groups and clinics whose patients want three things: find the doctor, find the office, call the number. We build exactly that, fast on a phone, for $500 (Launch) or $800 (Growth). Everything runs by email.

Before they call

What a patient needs from a practice site

Anything a patient can’t verify, or a practice hasn’t confirmed, doesn’t belong on the site. We hold that line while we build.

What we build

What we build for medical groups

We don’t build patient portals or connect to EHRs. Those belong to your clinical systems; the site’s job is to get the patient to the right phone call.

The real work

A practice site that’s live today

Midwest Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep

Chicago Ridge & Palos Heights, IL · midwestpulmonarysleep.com

A lung, sleep and critical care group with 31 clinicians. The practice told us our own first draft had too much on it, so we cut everything we couldn’t source and kept what patients use: the doctor finder, the addresses, the number. Every credential on the live site traces to a public record.

Prices

Launch or Growth

Launch

$500 one time

  • One page, with the copy written for you
  • The doctors, the offices and how to book, all on that page
  • Domain and business email set up; the first year of the domain is included
  • First preview in 72 hours

Growth

$800 one time

Every build starts with a $49 draft fee that counts in full toward the price; the balance, $451 on Launch or $751 on Growth, is due when you approve. Walk away after the draft and half the fee comes back. Revision rounds, Care at $49 a month, and what the plans don’t cover are on the web design page.

Questions

What practices ask first

How much does a medical practice website cost?

Launch is $500 and Growth is $800, once. Growth’s five pages cover home, doctors, offices, appointments and one service page; a larger structure is scoped as one project at a fixed price. The $49 draft fee that starts a build counts in full toward either plan.

Can patients book online?

If the practice books by phone, the site says so plainly and keeps the number on screen. Growth also includes a booking system or a lead form if you’d rather take requests through the site. What we don’t do is patient portals or EHR integrations; those live with your clinical systems.

How do you handle doctors’ credentials?

Not by typing them from memory. We build the roster from public records like the federal NPI registry and from profile pages the practice approves, and each credential is worded exactly as its source words it. Whatever we can’t source doesn’t go up.

Who writes the clinical content?

The practice has the final word. We write the structure and the plain-English framing, and nothing clinical publishes without your sign-off. When we rebuilt the group’s site above, articles nobody at the practice had reviewed came down entirely.

How many pages does a practice site need?

Usually fewer than you’d think: home, the doctors, the offices, and how to book, in that order. Growth covers up to five pages; a larger structure, like a page per specialty, is scoped as one project with a fixed price.

Tell us about the practice

How many clinicians, how many offices, how patients book today. The brief takes about 15 minutes, nothing is charged, and you’ll have a fixed quote within one business day.
