Do I really never have to get on a call?
Correct. The brief, updates, revisions, and launch can all happen over email. After purchase, you may add one free optional onboarding call, but it is never required.
Who actually does the work?
Safina’s founder, directly: the person who reads your email is the one who designs and builds your site. No account managers, hand-offs, or outsourced production.
What do you need from me?
About 15 minutes for the questionnaire: your business name, offer, service area, ideal customer, and any photos or logos you already have. Safina writes the copy.
What is not included?
Launch does not include extra pages, e-commerce checkout, or logo design. Growth does not include online stores or custom applications. If the scope is not a fit, we will tell you plainly.
Why is the price lower than an agency?
The scope is focused and the process is async. No time is billed for sales calls, workshops, proposal decks, status meetings, or project-management layers.
How much does a website usually cost?
Independent industry guides price the design step alone at $500–$3,000, and a full small-business site at $300–$5,000 to build, before ongoing hosting and maintenance. Our flat $500 is the whole website, and you own it. See our full cost guide →
Do you accept every kind of business?
Almost. Safina politely declines alcohol, gambling, adult content, cannabis, and interest-based lending. Other legitimate businesses are welcome worldwide.
