It’s been years since my last visit. Will I get a lecture?
No. Roughly a third of our new patients say exactly this on the phone. You’ll get a calm assessment of where things stand today and a plan ranked by what actually matters — not a guilt trip about where you’ve been.
What if I’m anxious, or it hurts?
Tell us — it changes how we work. We numb generously, explain each step before it happens, and agree on a hand signal that stops everything instantly. You’re in charge for the whole visit.

Without insurance, a flat $129 — exam, digital X-rays, and cleaning, with no add-ons slipped in. With a PPO plan, a routine checkup is usually covered at 100%. Either way, anything beyond the checkup is priced in writing before it’s ever scheduled.
